Number Reservation & Charges
K & D rate personal numbers (07005 & 07050/07020) have a minimum usage to support their allocation. See our Free For Life policy for further details on this. Under this policy, we may recycle registered by unused numbers for other to use.
Some customers would like to have the security of reserving the numbers even if they do not use them. There is a quarterly (every 3 months) fee per number. The charges are:
This charge is non-refundable, and you may find it easier to pay annually (sorry there is no discount for this). See our Payment Guide for the most conveient way to pay.
To reserve a number, simply complete the following:
